Wine Room

The owners of this Montecito home had a vast collection of valuable wines that they wanted to store. Together we came up with a unique idea for a wine room built directly into their hillside. From the outside, only a stone façade is visible. Inside, a concrete vault with careful waterproofing protects the owners’ prized collection, wth a tasting area for twelve. Both functional and luxurious, the structure showcases exceptional craftsmanship and innovative design.
