This Montecito home was destroyed in the debris mud event. We removed the old damaged structures, raised the house pad 5 feet, then built a new home in close coordination primarily with the home owner and the architect. The owners were extremely happy with the finished home. We were able to deliver a high end finished project in spite of problems with the insurance coverage.
